Managing Director, Arin Di Camillo has been in the industry since 2005. Arin, an award winning broker himself, has recruited and trained some of the state’s highest achieving finance brokers over the last 12 years.
Arin founded Surrey Road Finance in 2017 with a clear focus on becoming the go-to finance and property advisor for our clients.
Josh has more than 10 years’ experience working in the financial services and property sectors, which includes boutique finance and multinational professional service firms. Originally from Canberra, Josh moved to Perth in 2013 and is certainly enjoying the warmer weather and lifestyle!
Operating as a broker, Josh believes the major benefit brokers can provide is helping clients understand the finance process and providing a solution for their individual finance needs.
Dylan joined Surrey Road Finance in 2020 and has more than 4 years’ experience working in the financial services and property sectors, which includes working for a property investment and finance advisory firm.
His background is in investment planning and understanding his clients overall property strategy and tailoring advice so they can achieve their property goals.
Vish has over 4 years’ experience working in the financial services and property industry which includes working for smaller investment advisories to global property consultancy firms. Vish views broking as an opportunity to help people, and ultimately guide and advise clients through their property journey.
In his free time, Vish loves spending time with family and friends and watching any form of sport. A massive West Coast Eagles supporter, one his best memories was being at the winning grand final in 2018!
Jess recently joined the SRF team to assist in coordinating and managing the ever so busy office.
Jess comes from a background in sales and team management, where she has had extensive experience within customer related service roles in other industries such as utility management and information technologies and has been a bright and bubbly addition to the team. Not only does she tackle the day to day organisation of the business, but she is the social media and marketing manager, which is a great part of the SRF culture.
James has delivered over $200m in projects, and been involved in over 1000 property transactions over the last ten years.
James has extensive experience in residential, retail and hospitality construction and development management. He is currently the owner of Precision Development Management, providing independent development management and advice on residential and mixed-use developments across Western Australia.
With over 10 years of experience in the property and development industries and a high level of education with a Masters of Property, Shaun brings with him a keen knowledge of all things property.
This has been recognised with Shaun being interviewed as a property expert in most mainstream media outlets, talking about market movements, and general property advice. He has been involved with over 1,000 property acquisitions since 2011 and has run property research divisions since his early 20s. He is a property investor and developer in his own right, meaning he practices what he preaches.
