Arin Di Camillo
Director
Managing Director, Arin Di Camillo has been in the industry since 2005. Arin, an award winning broker himself, has recruited and trained some of the state’s highest achieving finance brokers. Arin founded Surrey Road Finance in 2017 with a clear focus on becoming the go-to finance and property advisor for our clients.
Dylan Marinelli
Director & Finance Broker
Dylan joined Surrey Road Finance in 2020 and has more than a decade of experience working in the financial services and property sectors. His background is in investment planning and understanding his clients overall property strategy and tailoring advice so they can achieve their property goals.
Vish Kannu
Director & Finance Broker
Vish has more than a decade of experience working in the financial services and property industry, which includes working for smaller investment advisories to global property consultancy firms. Vish views broking as an opportunity to help people, and ultimately guide and advise clients through their property journey.
Ariane joined Surrey Road Finance in 2022 after 10 years experience in the real estate industry.
Ariane initially took on the role of Client Manager, but has since become a qualified mortgage broker and now supports clients directly, including First Home Buyers, Upgraders, and Investors.
Charles Parry
Senior Finance Broker
Charles joined Surrey Road Finance in 2024 after working for another Perth-based boutique mortgage broker. Charles enjoys problem solving and meeting tight deadlines through planning, organisation of workflows, and his ability to communicate clearly with clients.
Nathan Burns
Finance Broker
Nathan started his career working in commercial finance with a focus on construction and logistics. He joined Surrey Road in 2024 to support our Finance Brokers while he worked to become a qualified finance broker. Nathan has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce.
Jess Duinmeyer
Finance Broker
Jess made the switch to the finance industry in 2024 after more than 10 years experience in the health sector where she was a project manager. Jess was attracted to the finance sector as a way to apply her organisational and communication skills while supporting clients.
AJ Lester
Finance Broker
AJ joined Surrey Road in 2025 after working with a boutique mortgage broker based in Queensland. Her personalised approach means she takes the time to listen and educate her clients, ensuring they feel confident every step of the way.
